Course is 5000m, course map below. (Watch those exposed rocks and fallen trees but no, you don't actually get to go there; stick to the ergo).

This week you can row it as 1x, 2x or 4x. Just nominate your crew by email before Saturday, but ask them first!

We will all row the same distance and the process will be to apply an age correction to each time to get us all on the same page. Once times are corrected, for crew boats we will average the times of the members to get a result for the boat.

Raw times will be reported for all, corrected times within classes.

Times to be emailed in by 12 noon Saturday as usual.
